If you’ve shared your information with us — through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or a phone call — you can ask us to delete it.

Please include your full name and the phone number or email address you used with us, so we can find your information.

What happens next

We’ll confirm your request, verify that it’s really you, and delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days. We’ll let you know when it’s done.

What we may have to keep

Federal and state insurance rules, our carrier contracts, and other laws require us to keep certain records even after you ask us to delete your information. These can include Medicare enrollment records, scope-of-appointment records, recorded sales and enrollment calls, and policy or application records. We’ll delete everything we’re not required to keep, limit how the rest is used, and delete it when the required period ends. We’ll also keep a minimal record of your request, such as your name and phone number, so we can honor it and not contact you again.
